Transforming Suffering With Love

Suffering, can be beneficial. It provides the motivation that we need to turn back towards the light.

We are here to learn the lessons of love. When we turn away from love, we suffer. If we try to ignore or push away negativity, it only gets worse.

Love has the power to transform our negative energy into more love and lift us higher.

There is always a point of goodness within which we can come back to. Focus on that point of goodness.

Don’t let your attachments come between you and God. Attachment to anything in this world only binds us to more suffering. Whatever holds you down is an illusion. Focus instead on the Heavenly Beloved who lifts you up.

Instead of dwelling on problems,
dwell on love.

The only thing that is missing is our awareness of the love that burns brightly within. Acknowledge the negativity that pops up during the day. At the same time, be aware of your loving radiance which dissolves that negativity.

Do not suppress negative energy,
instead let love transform it into a higher vibration.

To be whole, we must embrace our humanness and our divinity. We need to love ourselves back into wholeness. Separation is only an illusion. Love shatters the illusion of separation. If you are not loving, you are suffering. Love More. Suffer Less.

We create suffering in our head but a heavenly spirit shines within our heart. Don’t believe any thoughts that tell you that you are less than magnificent. You are a wonderful Child of God and nothing less.

Disharmony is a reminder that we need to
slow down and lighten up.

You are always doing great, even when you think you’re not. For within you is a divine essence that shines more brilliantly than a thousand suns. Bring all your pain and suffering into the Light, where it can be healed. During turbulent times our spirituality grows white hot.

When your heart starts growing cold, raise your love thermostat
to maintain your overall comfort and well-being.

We have to meet dread head-on with love. Sometimes we need to take a deep breath and muster up all the goodness within to lift ourselves higher. When problems arise, fill yourself with love and you will quickly move right through them.

Nothing is so important that we should allow ourselves to be pulled away from love. When we focus on what we’re missing, we fail to appreciate what we have. Don’t lose your loving perspective. There is no sorrow that Love cannot heal. Love breaks the grip of illusion. Love lifts us above despair.

You have to believe that the storm will let up
and the sun will come out again.

We need to remember that in our pain and suffering we are still whole and complete.

Suffering is temporary.
Love is eternal.

If you don’t like something and there is nothing you can do about it, you might as well love it. We free ourselves the moment we learn to love what we hate.

To gain the position of freedom,
step back into the position of love.

Anger is not a bad thing. It is kind of like a pressure release valve. It provides a way of blowing off steam when expectations don’t match reality. Learn to appreciate it for what it is. But, also remember that you have a higher nature that you can always revert back to.

The problem is wanting reality to be other than what it is.

When disturbing thoughts, like anger and guilt, come knocking on your door, don’t send them away. Listen to what they have to say, then thank them for sharing their concerns with you. Wish them well, then shift your focus back to your oneness with God.

There’s nothing wrong that a little love can’t fix.

There is no need to regret anything. The Heavenly Beloved always welcomes us back with open arms. There is nothing that we can do to forsake His love. For the nature of God is to love everyone and everything.

The best way to change yourself is to love yourself.

A little bit of loving keeps the dark thoughts at bay. Pierce the darkness with the greater truths of light and love. When feeling down, ask the Beloved for another serving of heavenly sunshine.

There is a magnificence to the golden sun.
But, there is also a subtle beauty to the night sky.

Feeling emotional pain? You are learning a lesson in love! Every difficulty is an opportunity for us to grow in love. God provided the lessons that we needed to learn in order to grow. Graciously accept these lessons and move on.

The worst circumstances bring about the best growth.

We are only human, we are entitled to make mistakes. If others have problems with this, that is their problem. Our love is still intact.

Don’t believe any voice that tells you that somebody’s life is better than yours. It’s a lie. Your life is perfect just the way it is. Never forget this.

Do not assume that anything such as money, children, an ideal job, a perfect mate, or good health will bring you happiness. Many people have all these things and are perfectly miserable. Only cultivating a loving heart will lead you to the land of eternal bliss.

We are born to walk like God’s upon this earth. Claim your divine right! Why limit yourself to groveling in the gutter, when you can shine like a star?

The advantage goes to the one
who sees the upside in the downside
