I would like to share with you how I reconnect with heaven on earth.
Living your true purpose in life is divine. It gives us the passion to live each day in the service of mankind. However, sometimes we get carried away by our goals and get upset when things are not moving forward as fast as we would like. You know the feeling. Maybe the book that you have just published is not selling well or maybe you don’t think you are progressing spiritually as fast as you think you should be.
One needs to constantly remind oneself that the most important thing in life is not the goals that we set, no matter how lofty they are. The most important thing is always to come back to the present moment and be in a state of loving communion with God.
How does one commune with God? Breathe deeply and dwell on the warm, loving presence in your heart. As you do this, the flicker will become a flame. Then with attention, the flame will become an all-consuming fire that burns away all of your illusions in the furnace of your heart. The only thing that remains will be love. This is living heaven on earth.
When the transformation starts, one will have an over-riding desire to perform God’s will on earth.
Pray for God to love-possess you so you can manifest His divine will on earth.
Instead of being enslaved by your worldly desires, you will be empowered by the glory of God. You will never be able to go back to the way you were, nor would you want to.
So, take a deep breath and plant a smile on your face because you know that you are One with God and you are living in heaven on earth.
You are now fully empowered to do whatever you are inspired to do in your life, for example writing a book, raising your children, performing volunteer work, or anything else that inspires you and allows God’s light to shine through you.
But first and foremost, always remember, Your Oneness with God.
